Return Directive:
1. The customer must contact us for return authorization and return address within 15 days of receipt if you want to return your purchase.

3. All items must be returned in the original packaging and in resalable condition.
4. Wrap goods. Include the following information with your return: bill-to name, address, ship-to name, address, order number, reason for return, telephone.
5. All returns are recommended to be sent via a traceable carrier. Do not use TNT or UPS, which will cause high Customs. Our site is not responsible for any additional costs due to the Customs. Returns must be shipped prepaid. We accept no C.O.D deliveries.
6. Shipping costs will be refunded. 20% handling fee and shipping costs will be deducted from the refund if the received package has been signed and opened, which also applies to orders with free shipping. 20% handling fee will not be charged for those who have not signed for their received packages. Only shipping is non-refundable.
7. The customer can get a refund within 2 weeks of receiving the return item.

Exchange Directive
1.
